As a member of the Welcome to Sell To Heathrow community group lobbying BAA and Heathrow Airport during the October to December 2017 public consultation period you have the opportunity to be part of the our membership website and a proactive Membership Campaign to help us reach our goal of the inclusion of Stanwell Moor into the Improved Property Offer Boundary Scheme.
Our plan is lobby BAA/Heathrow on behalf of all villagers to commit to having Stanwell Moor included within the Improved Property Offer Boundary. Plus put the case forward for better facilities and transport services for this village.

Why should I join and what is it worth to me?
Two very good reasons. You can help build a network that Heathrow has to listen to and one that ??? ....
Question (1) to every home owner on Stanwell Moor is: What value would you place on having Heathrow agree to buy your home at 25% over-market-value plus legal and relocations costs?
(2) If you intend to stay or are not ready to move how would you like the security of knowing that you will have 'the option' in the future to sell your home to Heathrow Airport at this guaranteed over the market value price?
As it stands the proposed new runway toward Colnbrook includes some surprisingly outlying areas being included into what is being called The Improved Property Offer Boundary. - Yet Stanwell Moor residents living under the South Runway are being ignored!
(Q) Would this mean I'm obligated to sell my home?
(A) NO. We are not seeking to be included under the Compulsory Purchase Order Zone, we are campaigning to be included within the Improved Property Offer Boundary. Should we win this would mean those who want to leave would be compensated by Heathrow/BAA while those who wish to remain would do so in the knowledge they have a promise from the airport to say their property would be bought at these rates in the future! - IT'S WIN-WIN FOR EVERYONE!!
Should we be successful everyone will have that option. - The Choice Will Be 100% Yours!

Is there a cost? - Yes there is a small non-recurring, one-off cost of £20 per household which will be used to manage and maintain the website and pay ancillary costs for marketing materials etc. Members will be able to vote on important issues, create profiles, publish related news, invite friends and become a part of this proactive community!

As it stands the proposed new runway will be toward Colnbrook and some surprisingly outlying areas will be brought into The Compulsory Purchase Order Zone and this is to be enlarged to cover what is being called The Improved Boundary Offer Boundary.
Sell To Heathrow is a exclusive residents actuion group and we will be approaching Heathrow to demand we are included in one or other of these schemes or we will raise a court action against them!
